Bench Rates
are hourly drop-off rates for service performed at our location.
2 On-Site Rates are hourly
rates for on-site service performed within 30 miles of zip
code 27265 and are calculated once
the technician leaves our location for the job site and ends
once the job is completed.
3 Per Incident Fees are
one-time fees of $15.00 charged for each request for
technical assistance on a specific technical issue. Multiple and un-related technical issues are
billed as separate incidents.

Per Month Fees include 10 incidents logged in the
TriadPC.com Online Help Desk
per month for $99.00 or full access to the
TriadPC.com Knowledge Base
for $29.00 per month.

The High-Speed Internet Ready service for desktop computers includes the installation and configuration of a 10/100 PCI network card, installation of the latest version of
the Internet Explorer web browser, and testing of the high-speed connection.

The High-Speed Internet Ready service
for notebook computers includes the installation and
configuration of a 10/100 PCMCIA network card, installation
of the latest version of the Internet Explorer web browser,
and testing of the high-speed connection.

The Remote Access Support option
assumes that the client has a licensed copy of either VNC,
Symantec PCAnywhere™, or Microsoft Terminal Services™ already
installed on their computer or server and can remotely host
a TCP/IP support session.
