Our History
Starting out from very humble beginnings as a side-job and personal hobby, TriadPC.com has always been committed to providing fanatical customer service in the computer services industry. TriadPC.com owner, Shannon Watts, built his reputation around this basic principle by exceeding his customers' expectations and completing jobs correctly the first time at a reasonable price.
While majoring in Information Systems at UNC-Wilmington, Mr. Watts worked part-time at a computer services company. Mr. Watts was able to showcase his technical skills and dedication to customer service, but often found that the computer repair process was frustrating to customers. In some cases, customers with little to no technical knowledge were taken advantage of. Mr. Watts has vowed to improve this process by carefully explaining the overall repair process so that there are no surprises and that the customer's expectations are exceeded. A satisfied customer is a repeat customer as evidenced by the repeat and new
referral business that the company receives on a continuous basis.
This committment to doing "the right thing" has established TriadPC.com as a reputable computer and network services company that focuses not only on its loyal customer base, but also to the local community. Mr. Watts dedicates free time and financial resources to help those charities that support children's causes.
